Prescription

E-prescriptions are a quick and convenient solution for those who need extended treatment or urgent access to medications. During an online visit, the doctor will assess the patient's health and, if there are no contraindications, can issue an e-prescription for the necessary medications. You will receive the prescription code via text message, and you can purchase the medications at the pharmacy.

Referral

E-referral – if you need a referral to a specialist or for diagnostic testing, you can get one without leaving home. During your online visit, your doctor will analyze your health and, if necessary, issue an e-referral, which will be available in the system and ready for processing.

Sick leave

E-sick leave (L4) – the ability to obtain a sick leave certificate without having to visit a doctor's office or wait in lines. During the online visit, the doctor will assess your health condition and, if necessary, issue an e-sick leave certificate, which will automatically be sent to the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) system and your employer.
